Contract Work

Carry out repairs, maintenance and making good dilapidations to 3 business units, including full decoration, modification of water supply and repairs to mezzanine floors, roof lights and seamless guttering.    

We have been working very closely with Rutland County Council, converted several units that formed the former Ashwell Prison in Oakham, which has involved a wide range of construction services to fully refurbish them into fully functioning business units. The work has included demolition work, Structural alterations, new mechanical and electrical refits, forming openings to install roller shutter doors, new staircases and complete decoration and flooring.    

Refurbishment and alteration of reception and entrance area carried out during Christmas holiday structural alteration, electrical and mechanical alterations including new work stations, full flooring and decoration.
